Perform assigned operations/maintenance/repair work orders in of building works in throughout the Attraction. Perform planning and overseeing of corrective and preventive maintenance on building Archi/Structural Buildings. Manage and supervise contractors A&A/Renovation/Enhancement projects. To source and implement innovation to improve work productivity and efficiency. Possess excellent planning, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Project management or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute. Relevant experience in Architecture/Structural/Building A&A, maintenance, enhancement project. Relevant experience in theming, hardscape work will be advantage. Relevant experience in Project management in Façade Project will be a plus. Able to read Architectural, Structural & Building as built drawings.
