Manage daily restaurant operations (front of house and kitchen coordination). Ensure authentic Greek cuisine and cultural dining experience are maintained. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service. Monitor inventory, supply orders, and liaise with Greek ingredient suppliers. Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally. Develop marketing initiatives, leveraging community networks (Greek associations, cultural events). Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to achieve profitability. Organize special events (e.g., Greek festivals, wine tastings, live music nights).

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Mediterranean/Greek dining. Strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in Greek (spoken and written) is required to liaise with suppliers, understand authentic recipes, and engage with the Greek community. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage. Knowledge of Greek cuisine, wines, and dining culture. Existing contacts within the Greek community in Singapore (advantage). Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
