Job Detail

Event Setup & Teardown • Assist in the setup and teardown of event and atrium displays (non-carpentry), ensuring all fixtures and stocks are arranged according to plan. Inventory Management • Unpack, sort, and organize inventory for display based on supplier participation and floorplan. Merchandising Standards • Ensure products are properly tagged, aligned, and front-faced with accurate POS materials in line with event mechanics. Cashiering • Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and manage cash float in compliance with company procedures. Logistics Support • Perform Goods Receiving for incoming stocks and manage Goods Returns during event closure. Coordination & Collaboration • Work closely with Store Managers, vendors, and venue teams to ensure smooth event operations and timely task completion. Maintenance & Cleanliness • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event and atrium areas throughout the event period. Safety & Compliance • Follow all safety and operational guidelines during setup and teardown activities.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in retail setup, merchandising, or event operations is an advantage. • Able to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. • Willing to travel across Singapore for different event venues. • Reliable, punctual, and able to perform under tight deadlines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
