Lead low complexity projects Supports team in higher complexity projects Review project deadlines and budget with Program manager and other team members. Coordinating payments to subcontractors and vendors Maintaining and updating 3P Tool; in order to manage Project efficiently in line with OPM and meeting Audit Requirements Assist on project progress reports and make recommendations for ways to improve the project's progress Assist to analyze performance data to establish performance metrics Able to identify and develop risk mitigations To support Continuous Improvement initiatives to the function to improve the standards of Project Management and the role of the function in supporting the Department
Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, alternatively, Diploma in Engineering or Business with 3-5 year experience. Aviation/Aerospace experience preferred. MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, PowerBI) Accreditation with a Project Management Body (e.g. PMI and/or APM) will be an advantage. Familiarity with Component Repair processes will be a plus. Experience in implementing technology projects will be a bonus.
