Monitor and manage system operations via Building Management System (BMS) Monitor and response to fire detection and fire protection related alarms. Facilitate customer requests on facility services (lights, aircons, pumps, etc.). Deploy equipment scheduling in BMS as per customer requests. Coordinate fire alarm and fire protection system impairment requests. Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC from a recognized training institute. Preferably with 2 years relevant experience in BMS, PA, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection System. Fresh graduates are welcome. Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts. Computer literacy.
