Quality Control Officer

Job Detail

Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Conduct visual checks, measurements, and tests at different stages of production Assist in sampling and testing (e.g., pH, temperature, moisture, weight, appearance) food products using established protocols and methodologies Monitor and control Critical Control Points (CCPs) and other checkpoints to mitigate risks and uphold food safety Oversee production area cleanliness, equipment sanitation, environmental monitoring: air quality and employee hygiene practices to prevent contamination Document test results and maintain accurate records of quality assessments Any other duties as directed
