Job Detail

Responsible for providing all essential IT support services to the company in a corporate environment. Team player in the implementation and support of new technologies and applications based on business needs, including ERP and MES solutions. Manage / Track IT assets in the organisation, including software / services licensing that are installed onto the computerised system. Manage periodic maintenance programs of the IT infrastructure, including desktop PCs, file and print servers, storage, backup, telco, and networking, as well as security systems on door access and CCTV. Manage periodic backup, disaster and recovery program to ensure all systems are tested regularly to ensure recovery is well executed. Ensure procedures / documentations are well recorded and maintained, and always up to date. Ensure standard operating procedures governing the operations of systems are always in practice, and function in the most effective manner. Able to initiate and run improvement programs independently.
