Responsibilities: Verify items against delivery orders before dispatch. Dispatch the food to the drivers according to Event Order number. Coordinate with kitchen to ensure all items are ready and accurate. Dispatch orders to couriers and delivery personnel. Ensure that all warmers are set at the right temperature. Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of the dispatch area. Report any discrepancies in order quantity, quality, or packaging materials. Handle last-minute adjustments or missing items swiftly and professionally. Help to pack food when necessary. Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested of you from time to time.
Able to work early hours, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting Team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
