Day-to-day operation and maintenance of District Cooling Plant. Monitor and manage chiller operations via Building Management System (BMS). Monitor and response to fire detection and fire protection related alarms. Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities. Supervise maintenance and repair job. Carry out routine plant inspection and data logging.
Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute. Relevant experience in HVAC, chiller plant would be advantageous. IT literacy, e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, etc. Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts and weekends duty.
