Planning and execution of rectification work, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing all F&B equipment (refrigerators, cold rooms, dishwashers, ovens, stoves etc) Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing on F&B systems (kitchen waste system, kitchen exhaust system, electronic air cleaners etc) Maintaining spares and material inventory to ensure stock level is well above minimum. Planning and execution of system enhancement and alteration projects, supporting the Business Units with all requests including equipment purchases and renovation projects. Managing and supervising contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations and repairs of equipment and systems. Performing required documentation and administrative works. Performing work related duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Performing tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures.
Diploma/Higher NITEC/ in Electrical or Mechanical related discipline Minimum 5-year relevant experience in hospitality, commercial or similar operation and maintenance environment. Experience in maintenance or repairs of kitchen equipment would be advantageous. Must be able to perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Able to work independently at site and interface well with users. Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors. Possesses good attitude and communication skills. Basic computer skills.
