Performing day to day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing all F&B equipment (refrigerators, cold rooms, dishwashers, ovens, stoves etc) Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing F&B systems (kitchen waste system, kitchen exhaust system, electronic air cleaners etc) Supervising contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations and repairing of equipment and systems. Performing work related duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Performing tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures.
Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical or mechanical related discipline. Preference given for experience in maintenance or repairs of kitchen equipment. Must be able to perform rotating shift duties on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Able to work independently at site and interface well with users. Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors. Possesses good attitude and communication skills. Basic computer skills.
