Job Requirements

Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences for children in accordance with the centre’s curriculum and MOE/ECDA guidelines. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s holistic development. Observe and document children’s learning progress, and communicate regularly with parents on their development. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and orderly classroom environment at all times. Collaborate with teaching team and principal to ensure smooth daily operations of the centre. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions. Support in care routines such as meal times, toileting, and nap times when required (especially for Assistant Teachers).
