You will be part of the Tray Assembly team with following responsibilities: • Oversee the operations in Tray Assembly for the presetting of meal trays • Monitor presetting schedule and ensure timely completion in alignment with flight schedules • Be able to interpret airline menu summaries, ensure photo specifications are updated according to airline specifications • Coordinate with respective areas to ensure smooth operations (i.e. Documentation, Cabin, Production, Duty Manager etc); • Plan the roster, deployment and training of new staff • Be able to monitor performances of service crew and contractors besides staff • Investigate & conduct briefings to preset team on discrepancies and work instructions • Able to carry out ordering according to load requirement • Ensure adherence to SOP and hygiene guidelines
• Ability to read and speak English to use PC and computer systems related to area of works, and liaise with stakeholders • Attention to details, possess good decision-making, problem solving, communication and training skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Demonstrate ability to work in a multicultural, multi ethnic environment and maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds • Strong organizational and planning skills
