Be a part of an Iconic Development Design Management Team Manage Design Consultants through appointment into construction Review architecture, interiors, landscape submissions Manage authority compliance and submission process Manage design coordination amongst internal Business Units and Consultants Ensure Project is within budgetary/ user requirements Manage design and submission timelines and schedules Review and correct consultant/ contractor submissions Specialisation in complex construction and buildable, efficient, elegant detailing Manage architecture NSC packages such as façade, ironmongery, stone, glazing, sanitary-wares, lighting, signages, etc. Conduct internal feasibility studies on space planning and site utilisation Highly knowledgeable on the definition of GFA Highly knowledgeable about sustainable design practices and strategies
