Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Culinary, Central Kitchen team and overall F&B operations Assist with light packing, handling and organisation of goods Receive, check and document incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence Assist with menu translation, design, for Central Kitchen needs Manage staff scheduling, leave applications and maintaining accurate records and data for the F&B department Support the procurement activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies for the Central Kitchen Handle basic accounts-related tasks such as filing invoices, organising payment documents and maintaining proper financial documentation Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations Any other duties as directed

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE-O Level Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within the food manufacturing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office
