Responsible for implementing and maintaining the organisation's WSH procedures to promote a safe work environment. Perform safety audits and inspection of work sites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance. Proven experience in a similar cleaning operations or supervisory role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to address any issues that arise Knowledge of cleaning best practices and health and safety regulations A proactive, customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service Minimum *WSHC (Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator)* certification from an accredited institution Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety, health, and all other safety aspects
