The Head of Manufacturing oversees the Food Manufacturing Department (FMD) within FoodServices. This role is accountable for the full spectrum of manufacturing operations, including the production of bakery items, ready-to-heat meals, sauces and pastes, marinated meats, and desserts. The position leads strategic process improvements through the development and enhancement of SOPs, while upholding the highest standards of food safety with the goal of achieving zero production recalls. It also drives innovation through new product development and the cultivation of a high-performing team by developing talent and technical capabilities. In addition, the Head of Manufacturing plays a key role in supporting the expansion of business-to-business (B2B) channels, supplying both institutional and retail customers.
