The Guest Services Agent – Lobby Services plays a vital role in supporting Rooms and Guest Management by facilitating smooth arrival and departure experiences for both hotel and city guests. This role ensures seamless coordination of transport services, provides courteous and informed assistance, and maintains a vigilant presence in the lobby and driveway areas. • Coordinates in-house drivers, taxi services, and outsourced limousine agents to deliver seamless transport solutions for arriving and departing guests. • Provides knowledgeable and courteous assistance to guests, offering directions and guidance on hotel services and nearby amenities. Ensures all internal and external guest inquiries are handled with priority, professionalism, and respect. • Supports Hotel Security Management by maintaining vigilance over guest and associate safety, particularly in the lobby and driveway zones. • Anticipates guest needs and consistently strives to exceed expectations, especially during arrival and departure touchpoints. • Acts as the “eyes and ears” of the hotel, promptly reporting any unusual activity in the driveway to the Manager on Duty, Duty Manager, Guest Services Supervisor, or Security team.
