The Club Ambassador – Club Floor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Club Lounge. This position ensures the smooth execution of daily operations across shifts, with a strong focus on personalized service, team coordination, and attention to detail. 1. Actively participate in Club Floor activities or meetings when assigned, representing the team with professionalism. 2. Demonstrate role model behaviour in service delivery, teamwork, and guest interaction. 3. Support daily operations in the reception and lounge area, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment. 4. Assist in conducting daily briefings in the absence of the manager, ensuring clear and accurate communication. 5. Proactively suggest ideas, projects, or training opportunities to enhance departmental performance. 6. Support ongoing training efforts for butlers, contributing to consistent service standards. 7. Exercise empowerment to make operational decisions when delegated, especially during the absence of Supervisor/Manager. 8. Assist in organizing the weekly schedule and help ensure adequate shift coverage. 9. Respond to last-minute changes or additions to the daily schedule, and help arrange additional staffing when needed, based on operational requirements.
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, preferably in a guest services capacity. 2. Exposure to Concierge duties for at least 6 months, with familiarity in handling guest enquiries and requests. 3. Strong command of spoken and written English; able to communicate confidently and comfortably with guests. 4. Good knowledge of local attractions and able to provide clear directions to places of interest. 5. Basic proficiency in Front Office systems such as Opera or equivalent Property Management Systems. 6. Computer literate and able to use internet tools to assist with guest enquiries. 7. Outgoing and engaging personality, with the ability to hold sustained conversations with guests. 8. Pleasant disposition and professional grooming. 9. Genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
