To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate brings a blend of formal training, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality operations: • Educational Background Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in service excellence and operational leadership. • Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity as Duty Manager within a 5-star hotel environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage guest expectations, and uphold brand standards is essential.
