Key Responsibilities Lead daily store operations to ensure excellence in client experience and brand presentation. Motivate, coach, and develop the retail team to achieve sales targets and service KPIs. Drive client engagement and build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases. Oversee product merchandising, inventory control, and visual display in line with brand guidelines. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage roster planning, team scheduling, and operational compliance. Collaborate with Training and Retail Excellence teams to enhance staff performance and product knowledge. Ensure smooth store operations, adherence to SOPs, and a luxury customer experience at all times.
Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail management. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in sales performance and team management. Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury service standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
