Job Detail

• Assist the Restaurant Manager to provide overall leadership and management to the outlet, • Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet. • Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Interact and engage with guests and assist guests with their requests. • Ensure all customers are happy with excellent service provided and that feedback and requests are followed through to the end • Assist in business development where required • Oversee stock levels & ordering supplies • Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness both indoors and outdoors • Any other duties as assigned by Management
