Job Detail

Responsible to ensure that all items received tallies with Purchasing Order and meets all requirement of quality, expiry and without damages. Accountable for verification of supplier documents such as purchasing order. Support operations in a manner that ensures all items are received in a timely and orderly manner to be used for other operation functions. (e.g. Prioritization of urgently needed items or assisting in replenishment during down time with no incoming supplier) Responsible for communication with suppliers regarding item placement and highlight any items that were not received either due to rejection or were not fulfilled. Responsible for the safe handling of powered-jack to assist in put away of items after receiving and unloading from supplier vehicles. Support any additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by shift supervisors where necessary. Responsible for the operation of forklift to unload supplier vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
