Job Detail

Perform stocks removal according to system trigger based on shelf life guarantee to ensure that stocks remain fresh (e.g MP removal, pre-housekeeping checks, actual housekeeping removal). Perform depleted checks to ensure traceability accuracy in both system and physical stocks. Perform cycle count and perform adjustments or conduct investigations to identify the root cause for major discrepencies. Clear suspense, missing/found alerts, through verification before performing any adjustments. Pepare pull-out form for the necessary activities (i.e charity, disposal, etc). Perform damaged adjustments (reported from Outbound and Replen). Receiving of consumables and accounting for quantities. Facilitatie timely RGA return/exhcange process to ensure that sufficient stocks are available to fulfill orders. Arranging new items for dimension and handling slotting requests. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipments. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Identify and report any discrepencies or potential issues to the Inventory supervisor.
