Operation Specialist to deliver cross-functional projects from planning to launch. In this role, you will work with teams across logistics, product, technology, finance, legal, and commercial. You will play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, tested, and smoothly transitioned to stakeholders to drive business objectives. Support and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, keeping them on track and aligned to business objectives Conduct data analysis (SQL, Excel) to provide insights to support project proposal and decision making Work closely with logistic functional leaders to understand requirements and communicate to Product/Tech teams, considering end-to-end logistics flow coverage Monitor project execution by identifying risks, tracks milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders Design and run UAT tests, to ensure systems and processes are ready before live Support project go-lives, and contribute to smooth handovers to stakeholders Build knowledge in Lazada tech products / workflows to provide advisory support and resolutions
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Preferably 2-3 years of project coordination experience in logistics industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply as well Strong proficiency in SQL, Powerpoint, Excel Good stakeholders’ management and a good collaborator Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality results Curious and quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently in a lean team
