Responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of building systems and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The Technician supports the daily upkeep of M&E systems, attends to service requests, and upholds service quality standards in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance. Knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ACMV, fire systems). Familiarity with CMMS / work order systems preferred. Class 3 driving license (advantage). Engineering license certification or CFME certifications (advantage).
