Job Detail

- Issue Batch number, Batch Card and MTF for all orders - Schedule daily production schedule, RM delivery, FP ready date - Check on FP condition (stencil/pallet used and etc), Supervise on packaging used - Check on workers batch card before production start - Advise worker to do packaging inspection - Keep track usage on DI water, N2 cylinder - Keep track on insect repellent spray filling - Provide UN number to office for each PO requested. - Monitoring movement of frequent used chemical and ask for purchasing when necessary - Waste water treatment plant weekly or routine check - Main contract customer stock quantity monitoring and year end stock take - Chemical spillage drill twice per year - Update IBC/drum quantity to office to purchase for stock (weekly) - Update monthly customer RM/FP stock quantities for account billing - Yearly customer FP/RM stock take (by each product blending to ensure tally GW with physical stock at FC) - Advise warehouse management and stock inventory - Advise and request to top up metal strap/polyesterstrap/bucker oil/stretchfilm(MG/FC)/micron cartridge inventory - Advise Admin regarding PPE of workers - Monitor and arrange repacking, update quantity - Print product labels for production blending when necessary - Responsible to arrange production in order before any external parties’ audit - Advise workers on production process, IBC/Drums/Pallet used for filling. - Compile and update MTF to EAS system - Advise production packaging, labelling and stencil preparation - Arrange worker to prepare goods ready for next day delivery (trading/storage) - Supervise repacking/redrumming/disposal jobs with discussion with Chemist on method and precaution - Supervise container stuffing/unstuffing - Manage workers on PPE wearing, working performance, working quality
