Assistant Logistics Supervisor

Job Detail

Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customer. Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans. Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels. Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailers and warehouse when required. You needs to support night shift from 16th to 31st rotate with another Assistant Logistics Supervisor . If there is an urgent matter, you need to arrange with another Assistant Logistics Supervisor to take over early.
