Job Detail

Perform technical duties under the supervision of pharmacists to ensure safe, efficient and timely distribution of drugs in AH. Assist the senior pharmacist in charge to provide supervision to pharmacy support staff and to coordinate activities within a section to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement. Dispense medicines to the patients according to department policies and guidelines. Daily Operations Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient Picking, packing and labeling of medications in accordance to SOPs Perform billing functions Dispensing Dispensing of medications to patients in accordance to SOPs Inventory Management Ensure stocks are stocked up properly and tidily according to First Expiry First Out (FEFO) Inventory management of the omnicells in the wards (i.e top-up, expiry checks) Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically according to SOPs
