"• Review files from client, verifying they are formatted correctly and meet requirements for printing. • Identify and troubleshoot file issues related to quality, resolution and color accuracy to ensure optimal print results. • Conduct preflight checks, layout, and color separations as necessary to prepare files for production. • Create proofs for client or internal team review and prepare files for offset or digital output once approval is given. • Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping computers and printing equipment clean and in optimal condition. • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify requirements, provide status updates and manage expectations."
