As a Guest Services Executive, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service in our wellness facilities. Your role involves interactions with guests at the Fitness Center, Spa, and Swimming Pool & Pool Bar, ensuring their experiences meet the highest standards of our prestigious establishment. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: The Swimming Pool & Pool Bar: Provide high-level service as part of the Pool Bar team, including serving ice water with amenities, and taking food and drink orders. Process food orders in coordination with In-Room Dining team. Prepare drink orders, including cocktails, smoothies, coffee, and tea. Issue pool towels and assist guests in selecting and settling into their preferred sun-loungers. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, including deck chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas. Manage financial transactions at the Pool Bar. Coordinate with external vendors for pool cleaning and maintenance. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at the pool. The Spa: Be knowledgeable about Conrad Spa products and services. Handle financial transactions and general administration at the spa reception. Manage sales of spa retail items. Schedule spa appointments and handle telephone inquiries. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the spa, including changing rooms. The Fitness Center: Provide efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalized service to guests. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the fitness centre area. Manage towel issuance and locker facilities. Handle bookings for group fitness classes and personal training sessions of hotel guests. Overall Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Fitness Club Manager and the team to provide unparalleled service, ensuring guests have an extraordinary and memorable experience in all areas including the gym, spa, and pool. Actively engage with guests, ensuring they feel exceptionally well-cared for, and their needs are anticipated and met with attention and care. Contribute to creating an awesome experience for each guest, making their visit to each facility not just enjoyable, but truly unforgettable.
