1) Daily Scope of job: • Actively promote all product to customers. • Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. • Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales. • Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums. • Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissions. • Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets. • Managing and supervising team of promotors. • Monitoring performance and identify training needs. 2) Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job: • Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge. • Monthly sales meeting in office. 3) Others: • Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance. • Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers. • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
