Production Conditions and Standardization: Manage tasks related to establishing and standardizing production conditions for FCBGA manufacturing. Product Yield and Quality Stability: Oversee tasks aimed at improving product yield and maintaining quality stability. Process Optimization: Set and optimize conditions for various production processes and management items, including resin application, laser processing, electrolytic copper plating, desmear/electroless plating, circuit formation, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Surface Roughness (SR), contour processing, surface treatment, soldering, and inspection equipment. Yield Improvement: Conduct activities focused on investigating and implementing measures to improve yield and standardize these improvements. Productivity Enhancement: Engage in activities to enhance productivity through standardization, review of work procedures, and automation of process checks. Material Selection and Evaluation: Select and evaluate materials used in the production process. Process Equipment Evaluation: Set up and evaluate process equipment utilized in production. Inspection and Measurement Equipment Evaluation: Establish and evaluate equipment used for inspection, measurement, and analysis in the production process. Process Change Management: Handle requests for process changes and manage their implementation. Standardization: Develop and uphold technical standards, work standards, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and control plans. Cost Reduction: Undertake activities aimed at reducing production costs. Roadmap Verification and Implementation: Verify and implement roadmaps, including the verification of design rules and integration of new materials. Quality Stabilization: Work on stabilizing quality by minimizing manufacturing variations. Customer Technical Meetings: Manage and conduct technical meetings with customers to address and resolve technical issues and inquiries Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.
Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Min. 8 years' experience in semiconductor back-end processes and/or advance packaging industries or production engineering Basic understanding of chemistry, electrical, and mechanical fields. Experience in managing quality and productivity in production environments (preferred). Familiarity with measurement, analysis, and reliability evaluation tools (preferred). Basic understanding of substrate manufacturing processes (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Excellent listening skills with the capacity to understand and address customer needs. Proficient in project management, with the ability to effectively plan and execute projects. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging, collaborating with, and influencing various stakeholders. A global perspective with a readiness to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
