Conduct routine monitoring and spot checks of all the building facilities such as central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, compressors, building management system, plumbing and electrical system Attend to all facility works and mechanical and electrical installations as well as coordinate with contractors on repair works Provide support to production and assist in machine installations such as power hook-up, compressed dry air, vacuum and process cooling water, exhaust pipe and other set-up in the production floor Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, fan filter units, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers and other heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment
National Institute of Technical Education Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Facilities, Civil and Environmental Engineering or equivalent with one year relevant experience Working knowledge in cleanroom environment is preferred Able to commit to rotating twelve-hour day or night shift Entry level candidates are welcome
