Primary tasks: Perform loading and analysis on integrated circuit packages using failure analysis and reliability tools and equipment. Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent Knowledgeable on basic failure analysis equipment and techniques like curve tracer, X-ray, scanning acoustic microscope, scanning electron microscope, decapsulation, cross-section, fault isolation, parallel polishing, warpage measurements, etc. English proficient and knowledgeable in technical report writing for failure analysis reports Knowledge in reliability operation is a plus
