Diploma, Higher National Institute of Technical Education Certificate, or National Institute of Technical Education Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Tape and reel experience in wafer level and knowledge of vision system is preferred Possess strong analytical skills and good teamwork Able to commit to twelve-hour permanent night shift
