Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at K-Care Centre inside a Primary School. Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards. Take a class and conduct prescribed indoor/outdoor modular activities whenever needed. Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents. Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications). Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable.
Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T). At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role.
