Take lead in planning and deployment of marine crew to harbor crafts; Take lead in enforcing marine crew discipline; Perform compliance checks to ensure personnel and safety at the base and onboard craft; Arrange for daily diesel orders and attend to bunker deliveries; Coordinate with Fleet Engineering team on the repair and maintenance status of harbor crafts and equipment; Update daily records of craft movements, deployment, craft breakdowns; Perform regular checks and surveys on the status and upkeep of base equipment; Assist Section Managers in operational assignments and projects.
Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Marine) / Maritime Business / Business / Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Have good communication and interpersonal skills; Be able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency situations; Be proficient in using computer and mobile device applications/systems; Be proficient in MS Office; Be willing to perform shift work (will be entitled to shift and applicable allowances)
