Responsible for shift operation performance from Receiving, Put-away, Pick & Pack and Shipment Execution. Oversee and manage team of operations / logistic assistant for day-to-day operation & to achieve daily key performance indices. Lead teams in work disciplines, execute action plans and improvement programs to improve productivity. Provide guidance and training to the team. Ensure all team members comply with operations processes, workplace safety & health procedures. Perform any other ad hoc assignment & duties assigned by superior.
Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalents. Possess warehouse operation experience with at least 5 years ‘of relevant supervisory experience. Working knowledge in SAP warehouse management system would be a plus. Able to work in operation & cleanroom environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Always strive for quality & continuous improvement; handle multiple tasks all with attention to fine detail. Able to work on a 12-hours day shift.
