"Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Engineering, or similar disciplines Min 5 years drafting experience in ship/boat design Experience in understanding design across a range of vessel types, in particular HSC Code 2000 Experience with latest ACAD and other drafting/design programs Experience with all facets of ship design in a production environment supporting several projects Passion for quality work and desire for improvement Independent, Objective-driven, Reliable, and Motivated· Excellent grasp of the English language. Clear understanding of model/paper space in a CAD environment Exceptional attention to detail Demonstration of sensitivity to culturally diverse environments Ability to devise and implement innovative work practices aimed at improving productivity Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on achieving results"
