Production and Facilities Engineer

Job Detail

Oversee daily manufacturing operations for pill processing, liquid processing, and filling/packaging. Plan and schedule production activities, allocate manpower, and ensure targets are met. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards throughout all production stages. Perform line clearance, verify materials against BOM, monitor yields, and ensure batch consistency. Maintain and update production documentation, including SOPs and production records. Support equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, calibration, and facility upkeep. Conduct batch record reviews, investigate deviations, and support CAPA implementation. Work closely with QA/QC, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth production flow.
