Capacity Planning: Analyze customer forecast demand and further understanding with customer on the forecast trends Detailed assessment on the capacity and material requirement based on the forecast and work out the investment plan if required Perform target revenue projection and report to management team Close monitoring on customer forecast achievement rate and drive customer for improvement Promptly update management for any changes in customer forecast that may impact the revenue achievement Production Planning: Evaluating customers' orders to create suitable production schedules and effecting changes to ensure on-time delivery Allocate the equipment capacity required and monitor closely for incoming loading to ensure allocated capacity is being fully utilized Daily monitoring of the production performance and working with production team to address issues and develop resolution to minimize shipment delay Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve operation and equipment efficiency Promptly giving customer advance notice for any production issues that may impact shipment delivery Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customer and attend to customer enquiry in timely manner
