Oversee CYMH and Kids in Play (KIP) programmes and services. Provide clinical and professional oversight for social work and youth mental health initiatives. Supervise YDC Manager to ensure smooth operations of youth programmes, child access services, and pivot to youth mental health focus. Lead development of new youth mental health programmes targeting a broad spectrum of needs (prevention, early intervention). Guide case management and counselling for low-to-moderate mental health concerns. Ensure KPIs and funder obligations are met for all programmes. Supervise KIP Manager to strengthen clinical standards and maintain KIP’s position in the corrections sector. Build strong partnerships with agencies like Prisons and NCSS to sustain and grow funding. Support research/evaluation tool implementation with partners like NCSS/MER to ensure fair assessment. Provide practice leadership and social work supervision where needed. Collaborate with ED/CYG and AM/Corp to grow and sustain youth mental health community services. Perform other duties as assigned by TSA/CYG leadership. Key KPIs: Programme Impact: Positive feedback, engagement, and outcome results. Funder Obligations: KPIs met; timely reports submitted. Staff Development: Regular appraisals and growth plans for YDC & KIP managers. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationships with key agencies, secured financial support. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Strong clinical and professional record in social work or clinical work, especially in working with families, children and youth and/or mental health Strong social work/clinical leadership abilities and able to grow capability for other professionals. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
