Job Detail

Deliver resident-centered occupational therapy in line with TSA’s Mission and Philosophy of Care. Supervise, train, and guide therapy and nursing staff to ensure quality care. Maintain and improve care standards per MOH and TSA requirements. Assess residents’ needs and implement personalized therapeutic programmes (e.g., music therapy). Monitor, evaluate, and document therapy progress regularly. Refer residents to specialists when needed. Train caregivers/volunteers to support therapy plans. Schedule and plan staff training to enhance therapy service delivery.
