Reports to: Executive Director, CYG. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualised intervention plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods. Supervise and guide the Functional Family Therapist in behaviour support strategies. Work closely with MSF, families, volunteers, and other partners to align care plans. Design and implement targeted therapeutic programmes for children and youth with complex needs. Monitor outcomes, review progress, and refine interventions for effectiveness. Build and maintain partnerships with community agencies and TSA programmes (e.g., Gracehaven, YDC). Advocate for client needs in service and policy development discussions. Develop and maintain clinical SOPs in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate documentation, including case records, CSS entries, and discharge summaries. Lead staff training, onboarding, and performance appraisals. Adapt to deliver services outside regular hours when required. Expertise in psychological assessment, therapy, and trauma-informed practice. Strong leadership in clinical supervision and programme development. Excellent stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills. Ability to work flexibly and uphold high standards of clinical governance.
Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or equivalent. Note: Applicants with only a Bachelor’s Degree will not be considered. At least 5 years’ experience in clinical psychology, preferably with children/youth in residential or trauma-informed settings. Proficient in behavioural interventions (eg. PBIS) and trauma therapies. Skilled in working with children, youth, and families. Able to operate effectively in community settings, including home/school visits. Strong supervisory and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative team player with adaptability in a 24/7 operational environment. Passion for social service and commitment to TSA’s mission. Resilient, empathetic, and client-focused.
