Manage daily facility operations to ensure efficiency and reliability. Monitor equipment performance and document operating conditions using checklists. Operate and oversee the Building Management System (BMS). Conduct maintenance of electrical systems, air-conditioning, chillers, compressors, boilers, vacuum and exhaust systems, RO/DI water systems, wastewater treatment, Last IC, and other water supply systems. Diagnose and resolve unexpected facility or production-related issues promptly. Maintain spare parts inventory, oversee control processes, and manage procurement activities. Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery. Track and analyze utility consumption for effective resource management. Organize and maintain electronic filing of facility-related documents. Support and manage construction projects within the facility.
Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (morning and night) Strong team player with the ability to work independently and proactively when required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all stakeholders.
