Job Detail

Provide daily administrative support to the project team at the site. Prepare and maintain documentation, filing, and reports. Handle office supply procurement and inventory control. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments. Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow at the site. Coordinate and arrange logistics. Attend weekly site meetings and take minutes of the meeting. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in the construction or engineering industry). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Training will be provided for those with/without experience.
