Quantity Surveyor

Job Detail

Assist in preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and progress claims. Work with project teams on cost control, budgeting, and valuation of works. Prepare and review quotations, material costs, and supplier comparisons. Assist in contract administration, documentation, and variation works. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and delivery schedules. Evaluate price options and ensure materials/services are procured within budget. Maintain accurate records of project cost data and supplier information. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and documentation requirements. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and commercial teams.
