"*Manage all phases of application development, from detailed requirements gathering and architectural design to development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. *Build secure, scalable, and maintainable IT solutions with advanced functionalities, applying best practices and performance optimization, administer the IT platforms, ACL management, support platform upgrading. *Produce & maintain clear project documentation to ensure future reference, support maintenance, and facilitate knowledge transfer. *Evaluate and adopt appropriate development platforms and approaches, including low-code/no-code or traditional coding to meet requirement. *Support ITSM processes implementation, working closely with HQ, conduct user education, knowledge sharing on local adaptation and operational support. *Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams to align technical solutions with broader organizational goals and ensure high-quality delivery. *Liaise with HQ team and external service providers for implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting. *Executive any other tasks or roles assigned by superior."
