Senior Associate Executive, Patient Financial Services

Job Detail

To participate and prepare Patient Financial Services operational processes for EGH's opening, including collaborating and working with other institutions. Participate in the IT systems implementation and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) for IT systems .Incumbent will assist the Supervisor in developing and maintaining work instructions and training content, while documenting and sharing best practices and process improvements. In addition, provide secretariat and administrative support for the workgroups and department as required.
